Two short stories new to the web:

I love how both of these stories are tied up in my 15 years at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center! The first is set there, and the second is about a surgery pioneered by a guy (from Harvard? Cleveland Clinic? Somewhere like that) who I got to walk around our campus one time when he came to do a lecture.
