Dave and I are just back from a vacation in Montreal, one of my favourite cities and a place he’d never been before, so we did some basic tourist stuff and ate, like, a lot [highlights: Azimut Resto Urbain in La Pocatiere, Quebec which was just absolutely the best, even before you consider it was meant to be a random stop for road food like a g.d. Wendy’s and instead I got the best salad I have ever eaten (their quinoa and halloumi salad) & Cour Arrière on Rue Saint-sulpice where I had a dijon salmon that was damn near a religious experience].
