Similar to the crumble I made last weekend, but bananas instead of butter, since I didn’t feel like making banana bread and needed to use up some brown bananas, plus that makes this healthier, and increased the vanilla and added cinnamon because F yeah.


  • butter to grease your pan
  • 2 brown bananas, creamed with:
  • 1 cup brown sugar (not packed)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp each of salt and cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 3 lb bag of frozen mixed berries

Preheat oven to 350 F. Butter pan, mix ingredients in order above, except berries. Put three-quarters of mixture in pan, top with berries, and put remainder of mixture on top. Bake 45 min.

It came out pretty soupy, so I’m going to have it over acai bowls or actual oatmeal, but I think if I double the oats it’ll be about right.
