The new house comes with a quarter-acre of forested land that backs onto about 100 acres of forest owned by a business that sells rustic cabin vacations. We see deer almost daily, with occasional wild turkeys and a lot of smaller wildlife (cardinals, woodpeckers, squirrels, etc). Here they are this afternoon after a rare Nashville snowfall:
