Just back from a couple days’ vacation at The Retreat at Deer Lick Falls where we were able to hike (you guessed it) to Deer Lick Falls. Probably the most dramatic reveal of a waterfall I’ve ever seen – the trail takes you down a long ways and then you turn a corner and bam! waterfall. The trail takes you behind the waterfall! It was beautiful and spirit-reviving.
