I made these chocolates! Two bars high-cacao dark chocolate, melted, plus whey protein powder (with no flavor additives – Unjury or Bob Mill’s), put into silicon molds. I do the proportions such that the resulting chocolates have equal amounts of protein and carbs.

These will ugly by tomorrow because I don’t bother tempering the chocolate (I can’t figure out how to do it with the protein powder added, and I don’t really care since they’re just for me). But look how pretty!

Melt chocolate in double boiler, remove from heat, mix in protein powder until smooth, pour into silicon molds.
