Before and after! Truffles insides & dipped.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans sweetened condensed milk (I used one fat free and one regular)
  • 3 packages sweetened shredded coconut (probably about 6 cups?)
  • 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs

Combine, roll into balls with more graham cracker crumb for coating, chill. At least a few hours later (I left them overnight), melt whatever chocolate you like (I blended Ghirardelli and Private Selection dark chocolates) in a double boiler. I used about 4 bags of chips.

Dip and drop on parchment paper and allow to harden. I sprinkled some of the still-hot truffles with more graham crumbs to look fancy.
